One of my favorite things about flying Delta are the Biscoff cookies they hand out. I always try to get a few extra packs of cookies for later. I was so excited to learn that you can now get Biscoff cookies in the store! I can indulge in Biscoff cookies any time!
Biscoff also sells a Biscoff cookie spread. It is similar to peanut butter, but it is made from Biscoff cookies. I picked up a jar at the grocery store (it was in the peanut butter aisle), and I decided to substitute it in my favorite peanut butter cookie recipe. Oh my! They tasted fantastic! The cookies were soft and had a nice gingersnap flavor from the Biscoff spread. I topped my cookies with some Dove chocolate hearts for Valentine’s Day. Pick up a jar on your next grocery store trip – you won’t be disappointed!

Steph, I have been a Biscoff fan for a long time, always looking forward to flying Delta. I do sugar based cookie dough balls in a mini muffin tin and after they bake I press the centers down and fill some with peanut butter, some with Nutella, some with smooth biscoff, and some with crunchy biscoff. You can add choc to the pb ones. So versatile.
These look divine, but I'm wondering how many cookies this recipe makes.
I'm really going to have to taste these cookies and spread everyone is blogging about. I'm so behind the times! lol. The cookies look soooo good.
I have never tried Biscoff before, I can't seem to find it in stores where I live š Your cookies look perfect – love the chocolate hearts!
Oh I hope I can find some of the spread!! Will be looking for sure. The cookies look great. Thanks for sharing.
