This Feta Dip is inspired by our favorite appetizer in Destin, FL – the True Alabama Feta Cheese Dip at Boshamps. Boshamps is probably our favorite restaurant at the beach. All of the food is made fresh to order and tastes great. I dream about their bacon jam and this feta dip. This recipe tastes EXACTLY like the dip in the restaurant. YASSSS!

How to Make Feta Cheese Dip
This dip is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a bowl, mash roasted garlic cloves until smooth. Add crumbled feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and freshly cracked black pepper. Stir to blend. Transfer the cheese mixture to a small baking dish or two wide-mouth mason jars. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until warm.
How to Make Roasted Garlic
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Using a sharp knife, cut 1/4″ off of the top of a head of garlic to expose the cloves. Place the garlic in a piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Wrap the bulb up in the aluminum foil and bake for 45 to 60 minutes, until the garlic is golden brown and soft.
