What is Everything Bagel Seasoning?

Everything Bagel Seasoning is all the rage. I discovered it when Trader Joe’s released their jar of Everything But The Bagel Seasoning blend. It is a very simple seasoning combination of poppy seeds, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, garlic, onion, and sea salt flakes. It goes great with just about everything, especially bagels!

How to Make Cheesy Brats in a Blanket

This recipe is easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Bring a large pot of beer to a boil over medium-high heat. Place bratwurst sausages in the pot and cook for 5 minutes. Remove sausages from the pot and place in a hot skillet. Sear on all sides. Remove from skillet and cut each sausage into three equal pieces.

Unroll a can of crescent roll dough. Separate the dough into triangles. Spread mustard over the rolls. Using a pizza cutter, cut each triangle in half lengthwise to form two smaller triangles. Sprinkle dough with shredded cheddar cheese. Place a sausage slice on the wide side of each triangle. Roll up and place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Bake until the rolls are a deep golden brown.
