How to Make Breakfast Supreme Flatbread

This recipe is easy to make with a few simple ingredients. There is a bit of prep work involved with making this pizza, but it is totally worth the effort. In a large skillet, cook bacon slices, smoked sausage, breakfast pork sausage, chopped onions, and chopped bell peppers. Drain fat on a paper towel. Set aside. Whisk eggs with a fork and pour into a hot skillet and cook until scrambled. Remove skillet from heat and set aside.

To assemble the flatbread, spread Boursin garlic cheese spread on top of the flatbread. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese. Top with scrambled eggs, smoked sausage, breakfast sausage, bacon, cooked onions, and peppers. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Garnish the flatbread with parsley and enjoy!
