Easy Party Appetizer

It’s rivalry week in college football. We play our big rival tomorrow in the Iron Bowl. We aren’t going to the game, but we will be watching at home and eating these Buffalo Ranch Meatballs. With only 3 simple ingredients, these are a must for football parties!

How to Make Buffalo Ranch Meatballs

These meatballs are ridiculously easy to make. Simply place some frozen meatballs in a slow cooker. Pour buffalo wing sauce and ranch seasoning over the meatballs and stir. Cover and cook on LOW for a few hours.

  • If you are pressed for time, you can throw these meatballs in a Dutch oven on the stovetop for about 20 minutes.
  • I used a bag of the smaller ½ ounce sized meatballs. Any brand of meatballs will work fine. I actually like Walmart’s Great Value Meatballs.
  • There is no need to thaw the meatballs before cooking.
  • I used Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce. I also like Moore’s.
  • Are the meatballs spicy? These meatballs do have a bit of a kick to them. If you don’t want the meatballs super spicy, you can add some chicken or beef broth to the slow cooker to help reduce the heat in the buffalo sauce.
