Carbone’s Garlic Bread

Carbone’s Garlic Bread – the recipe for the garlic bread from the famous NYC and Las Vegas restaurant. This is the BEST garlic bread ever! Crispy, cheesy, and a little spicy! Baguette, bread, olive oil, chile flakes, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and grated parmesan. Garnish with chives. You can make this ahead of time and refrigerate or freeze it until you are ready to bake the bread. I like to bake one half and save the other half for the next day.

Carbone’s Garlic Bread Recipe

On our most recent trip to Las Vegas, we ate at Carbone in the Aria Casino and Resort. It was SO good! Chicken Legs and I both agreed that it was a must-visit on every trip. The food was amazing and the service was perfect. One of our favorite things at dinner was the bread basket. I could have made a meal out of the yummy bread! I recently found the recipe for Carbone’s garlic bread online and had to make it! O-M-G! Best garlic bread ever!!! Crispy, cheesy, and a little spicy. It was so good that I made it two days in a row, and I’m planning on making it again this week!

How to Make Homemade Garlic Bread

This bread is super easy to make. Slice a baguette in half lengthwise. Combine softened butter, olive oil, chile flakes, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread evenly over cut sides of baguette and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Broil until golden and slightly crisp. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chives. Cut into slices.

  • You can use any type of bread you prefer. French bread, Italian bread, or a French baguette all work great. You could even use leftover hamburger buns or hoagie buns.
  • You can make this ahead of time and refrigerate it until you are ready to bake the bread. I like to bake one half and save the other half for the next day.
  • Can garlic bread be frozen? Yes! Assemble the bread and freeze. Once the bread is frozen, wrap it in plastic wrap and aluminum foil and place it back in the freezer. When ready to cook, thaw the bread and cook as directed.
