Vegetables

Obviously vegetables are an important part of your daily diet.  We have prepared several recipes for you that give you a choice when it comes to making lunch or dinner.  You can even use a vegetable as part of a great appetizer or soup.  Here are some of our favorites we’ve made.

If you want to make an incredible soup try the Slow Cooker Low-Carb Chicken Spinach & Artichoke Soup.  It’s a great combination of flavors  in a creamy base that everyone will love.  A great side we made for grilling out was the Jalapeno Popper Corn Salad.  So good and just enough heat to kick that salad up a notch.  Another great vegetable dish is the Smothered Broccoli.  A super easy to make side that combines brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic baked with broccoli that is sure to warrant seconds.
