I made this awhile back. I was looking for something that was quick, but most importantly budget friendly that didn't taste… you know…. gross LOL. This recipe was PERFECT! My husband and kids loved it and it's so incredibly quick to put together, and perfectly budget friendly. We just loved this dish. I will definitely be making it again soon.
Turned out pretty good. I added a half can of Mexican cheese sauce I had laying around. I think it actually mellowed out a lot of the Manwich taste. Thanks!
Do you thaw the hashbrowns or can you put them in frozen?
you can put them in frozen
great, thanks! going to try this out tomorrow night for dinner!
I made this for lunch today and actually made some eggs over easy and put them on top of our servings. Served with biscuits and it was kind of like a breakfast hash. It was yummy!
This would make me want to take a nap for an hour afterwards, in a good way of course.
The recipe was a hit at my house!
I made this last night. The flavor was great but my hashbrowns were not done all the way. Any tips?
Defrost your hashbrowns overnight in the refrigerator~
I've never had manwich, but it sure looks good from here.
I would love it. My hubby doesn't like any kind of taco or casserole. Really doesn't like chili that much. What's wrong with that man?
