They are so addictive. Mini Cheesy Ritz Crackers coated in ranch seasoning. They have quickly become a favorite at our tailgates.
How to Make Cheesy Ranch Crackers
These crackers are super easy to make. Place some mini cheese Ritz crackers in a bowl. Whisk together ranch seasoning mix, oil, and garlic powder. Pour the mixture over the crackers and toss. Place the crackers on a rimmed baking sheet and pop in the oven for a few minutes.
- Do NOT make the ranch dressing. You are only going to use the dry mix.
- If you are sensitive to the ranch dressing mix, feel free to adjust it to your personal preference.

- You can make the crackers a few days in advance and store them in an air-tight container.

Equipment:
Ingredients:
- 2 (8.8-oz) boxes Ritz Bits Cheese Cracker Sandwiches
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 (1-oz ) packet Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 250ºF.
- Whisk together oil, Ranch dressing mix and garlic powder.
- Put Ritz Bits Cheese Cracker Sandwiches into a large bowl. Pour oil mixture over crackers and toss to coat thoroughly.
- Arrange crackers on a 15×10-inch rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
