Pin This RecipeThis dish is from one of my Disney cookbooks. This breakfast pizza is served at Chef Mickey’s restaurant at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. The original recipe was just a cheese breakfast pizza. I thought it needed a little something added to it, so I added some bacon. You can never go wrong with bacon! Right?!!?
This breakfast pizza is super easy to make. Start with a precooked pizza shell as the base – I used Boboli. Whisk together the eggs and heavy cream. Stir in three types of cheese and cooked bacon. Pour the mixture on top of the crust and bake. I was worried that the egg mixture was going to run off the crust, but it didn’t. It baked up beautifully. We both really loved this!
This is a super easy recipe to customize to your family’s preferences. Don’t like bacon? Mix in some ham or sausage. Next time I am going to add some mushrooms, onion, and bell peppers. YUM! Get creative with the toppings. Anything goes! You can even use a cauliflower or gluten-free pizza shell! Just make sure to buy the prebaked pizza shells.
You don’t need a lot of sides to go with Chef Mickey’s Breakfast Pizza. We usually have some fruit or cinnamon rolls. Here are a few of our favorite recipes from the blog that go great with this easy breakfast pizza:

Just made this pizza and my husband and I loved it. So much better than the breakfast pizza we had been getting at a local business. Couldn’t find a large Boboli crust but did find a package with 2 smaller Boboli crusts and had plenty of filling for both pizzas. Did run over in the pan just a little but would make this again and again! Thanks for sharing such a great and easy recipe.
What Disney cookbook is this out of?
Do you have to use heavy cream?
Make it however you wish
Can this be frozen and reheated
Loved this! So yummy!
LiveLoveLaughLearn – yes, 2 eggs. You can try it with more, but I think you are right about the mixture running off. Enjoy!
Looks delish, but only 2 eggs? Seems like it would need more, but then I guess you risk it dripping off.
Made this for breakfast this morning and it was delicious! I used breakfast sausage instead of bacon and added green onion. It was so easy with the Boboli crust. This will definitely be a regular, thanks for sharing!
This looks wonderful! How can you go wrong with pizza, cheese and bacon??? Yum!
Yum! Can't wait to try this!
What a fun idea. You definitely made the right choice with the bacon. I'll bet that cooked and crumbled sausage would taste great, too.
Jack – that recipe looks great! I will be giving it a try this week.
Carrie – I think it would be fine frozen and reheated for a quick meal
Definitely need to make this for the next time we have company – love breakfast pizza!
This looks great and like something my daughter would like before school in the mornings. One question: Do you think leftovers could be frozen and then reheated in a toaster oven?
Very interesting!
This looks delish! My current breakfast pizza recipe uses crescent rolls for the crust, but I think I'll like your version better – easier and tastier to heat up leftovers. Thanks!
Thanks for the idea and recipe. My husband and I often have "breakfast for supper" on Sunday nights. This would be a pleasant change from the usual fare. Can't wait to try it out!
I love your blog 😉
Just made this, its so good!!! So easy as well
