Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla Recipe – so simple and SOOO addictive. Great recipe for a quick dinner or lunch. I always have the ingredients in the fridge so we can make these. We can’t get enough of them!
A few weeks ago I shared a Pizzadilla recipe. It was fantastic! I decided to try another quesadilla recipe for dinner. This time I combined chicken, bacon and ranch dressing for a fantastic treat! I used Perdue Chicken Strips and some precooked bacon. I added some mushrooms to Chicken Leg’s quesadilla. That is what I love about this recipe – you can customize the quesadilla without any extra time and energy. We both absolutely loved this. This is a great recipe if you need a super quick lunch, dinner or snack. This will be a regular weekend lunch at our house.
Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla
ingredients:
-
1 large tortilla
-
2 slices cooked bacon
-
1-2 oz chopped chicken (I used Perdue chicken strips)
-
1 Tbsp chopped mushrooms
-
1-2 tsp Ranch dressing
-
⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
cooking spray
instructions:
-
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Spray pan with cooking spray.
-
Lay tortilla on a flat surface. Cover the torilla with an even layer of cheese. Top one half of tortilla with chicken, bacon and mushrooms. Drizzle Ranch dressing over chicken. Place tortilla in skillet.
-
Cook for 1 minute, until cheese starts to melt. Fold in half – cheese side of tortilla over on chicken. Cook for 2 minutes more, flipping until each side is golden and crisp. Remove, cut into 3 pieces.
Soo yummy. A little time consuming, but worth it.
I just made these but with bacon bits instead and they are delicious!
I could jump all over that plate, delish! Bacon, ranch, cheese and chicken? hellz yeah!
