How to Make Chicken Jalapeno Popper Sliders

These sliders only take a few minutes to assemble. They are easy to make and so much fun to eat! You split the rolls in half, spread some cream cheese, bacon, and Monterey jack cheese on the bottom half of the rolls. Cut some holes in the top half of the rolls and place on top on the bottoms and stuff with some frozen chicken chunks. Cover with foil and bake. You can assemble the rolls ahead of time and bake when you are ready.

  • I used Monterey Jack cheese, but you could always use some pepper jack cheese if you want more of a kick.
  • If you can’t find the jalapeño cream cheese spread, you can use regular cream cheese spread and add some diced jalapenos.
  • I used Tyson Anytizers Popcorn Chicken for this recipe.
  • You can assemble the sandwiches ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake.
