I must not be doing something right because I cooked in the right amount of minutes and they came out too dark yet the insides weren't even cooked. >.<;;; Yeah, frying is definitely not in my department. lol. I think I'll stick to the baking even though this recipe looks so delicious. With the baking, I feel that I have some bit of control there. @_@

  2. well they don't marinate them in anything…also workedthere, no pickle juice, no buttermilk….just a secret seasoned flour….

  3. I was told they marinate them in buttermilk as a friend's child needed to know due to a milk allergy and they told her this at our local restaurant.

  4. Once upon a time I worked at Chick-fil-A as a batterer. Yep, all day long I battered chicken and made a glorious mess lol. But I can tell you that they do not marinate the chicken in pickle juice or anything else. Comes straight out of the fridge after defrosting. The flour mix for the batter isn't even known to employees. It comes in packages like a five pound flour bag already seasoned.

  5. The recipe for copycat Chik-fil-A Sauce is one cup of Ken's Honey Mustard Dressing plus 2 teaspoons of smoky bbq sauce.

  6. I'm boycotting anything Chik-fil-la but since theses aren't really Chik's I'll give them a try. They look real good. I'll even try the pickle juice thing.
