This Crack Chicken Pierogi Casserole was one of the best things we ate last week. I am serious! This casserole is delicious! Pierogies tossed with alfredo sauce, chicken, bacon, cheddar and ranch. SO GOOD!!
There are only a few simple ingredients in this Crack Chicken Pierogi Casserole. The most exotic ingredient is the pirogies. Have you ever had pierogies? Pierogies are potato dumplings. Dough filled with potatoes and sometimes cheese. I find the pierogies in the freezer section near the potatoes. The only brand I’ve really seen is Mrs. T’s. I used the classic cheddar pierogies in this casserole since cheddar is a component of “crack” (cheddar, bacon and ranch).
