Stop what you are doing and make this Crack Chicken Stromboli. O-M-YUM! Chicken, cheddar, bacon, ranch, stuffed into pizza dough and baked. I mean, what’s not to like?!?!? This is great for lunch, dinner, or a party appetizer. This is super easy to make and is crazy good!
What does Crack mean? If a recipe has crack in the title it means that it has cheddar, bacon, and ranch in the recipe. It all started with my Crack Dip way back in 2007. I made the dip for a Titans football game. Everyone went crazy over it. We couldn’t stop eating it and said it was like crack. The name stuck. The flavor combination is amazing. This stromboli bread is no exception. I’m obsessed!

How to Make Crack Chicken Stromboli
This stuffed bread is super easy to make with only 5 simple ingredients. In a bowl combine cooked chicken, cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing. Unroll a can of refrigerated pizza dough. Press it into a nice rectangle. Top the dough with the chicken mixture and roll the dough up starting with the widest edge and ending seam side down. Place the stromboli on a baking sheet and bake.
- I used rotisserie chicken for the cooked chicken in this bread.

What to Serve with Crack Chicken Stuffed Bread
We like to dunk this bread into more ranch dressing. It is also great dipped in BBQ sauce, honey mustard, or even salsa! As I said, you can serve this bread as an appetizer at a party or as an easy lunch or dinner.

What brand of pizza dough do you buy?
Pillsbury
Should this be rolled like a jelly roll, or should it be rolled completely around the filling like a stuffed bread?
