I have to admit that I actually like leftover turkey better than turkey at the holiday meal. I love using the leftover turkey for soups and sandwiches like this yummy Crack Turkey Salad Croissant. OMG! SO good! This is probably my all-time favorite turkey sandwich. Turkey salad loaded with cheddar, bacon, and ranch. I mean what’s not to like? Heck, I’ve made an Air Fryer Turkey Breast just so we can make this sandwich. It is that good!
How to Make Crack Turkey Salad
This Crack Turkey Salad is super easy to make. Start with chopped cooked turkey. Next add some celery, mayonnaise, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, ranch dressing mix, bacon, and cheddar cheese. That’s it. SO easy. I like to put the turkey salad in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to an hour before serving. This Crack Turkey Salad will keep 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator. PERFECT for a quick and easy lunch or dinner.
