Can you omit the Mayo or is there something else you can use? We do not like Mayo
I made this last night and pare the recipe down for 1 person so I wouldn’t have so many leftovers. Loved it and it turned out so pretty!
Delicious! Looking forward to using my garden beans in his recipe.
Can you make this ahead of time?
sure
Can you mix the mayo and parm? This looks so good! I’m going to see if the store has fresh green beans in yet just to try them for our Sunday dinner.
sure
Can you use frozen green beans??? How much and would you microwave them first?
I have not made this with frozen green beans. I would use the same amount of frozen as fresh. I am not sure how long frozen green beans need to cook. You will need to play with the cooking time.
I made this today, but I like the beans more done, I would probably par boil them next time, just so they are softer “ just personal preference”, but they are really really good. My sister made it first and put mushrooms across the top.
Mushrooms sound delicious!
We love green beans too! Do these come out soft or are they still crunchy?
They are super crispy or super mushy. They are soft with a little bite to them.
Yum! i love green beans and garlic – would definitely add the garlic salt! can't wait to try these!
