Easter is only a few weeks away. I am busy planning our menu. I know we are having ham, but I’m still deciding on all the side dishes. Since I will be cooking a big meal, I want Easter dessert to be easy and delicious. I decided to pick up one of these AMAZING I Love Ice Cream Oreo® Ice Cream Cakes. Doesn’t it look delicious?!?!

I have seen them, but this was the first time that I purchased one. Why did I wait so long?!?!
I picked mine up at Target. It was in the bakery section of the store.

I chose the Oreo® Ice Cream Cakes for our celebration because we are BIG Oreo fans!
This OREO® Premium Ice Cream Cake will serve up to 12 people.
It is Vanilla-flavored ice cream blended with OREO cookie pieces, plus whipped frosting topped with a large OREO cookie wafer and OREO cookie pieces.

Since I took a shortcut for the Easter dessert, I decided to make sure our table was extra festive!
I made these super cute Carrot Napkins for our celebration.
They are PERFECT for your Easter dessert table!!
They are super simple to make.
You can make them ahead of time, so you aren’t feeling rushed on Easter Sunday.
I included a GIF below so you can see how I did it.
You will need green plastic cutlery, big orange napkins and some green curling ribbon.
Basically, unfold the napkin.
Pull one corner of the napkin to the middle.
Place the cutlery on the opposite corner and start rolling towards the middle of the napkin.
Fold the other side of the napkin over and wrap it around the bundle.
Tie it up with green ribbon.
Easy Peasy! I love how festive these Carrot Napkins are!! Absolutely perfect for our Easter meal!
