This Easy Garlic Parmesan Chicken is one of my all-time favorite baked chicken recipes. We absolutely love the garlic parmesan crust on the chicken! It is very flavorful and moist. I also like it because it is extremely easy to make. I can have the chicken coated and ready to bake before the oven has preheated. You can’t beat that! Whip up some green beans and a side of pasta or rice and you have an easy and delicious weeknight meal!

How to Make Easy Garlic Parmesan Chicken
This chicken is ridiculously easy to make. On a large plate, combine Italian dressing mix, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and garlic powder. On another plate, combine olive oil and minced garlic. Dip chicken into the olive oil and then coat in the cheese and breadcrumbs. Place the chicken on a baking dish and bake until it reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
- I used a packet of Good Seasonings Italian Dressing Mix. Do NOT make the dressing. You are only going to use the seasoning packet.
- You can use any cut of chicken that you prefer. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 165ºF.
- I like to cook the chicken on a non-stick aluminum foil-lined pan.
- You can use dry bread crumbs or panko bread crumbs.
- Feel free to omit the bread crumbs and add more parmesan cheese.
- You can use freshly grated parmesan or the parmesan cheese in the green can. Either is fine. I do not suggest shredded parmesan for this dish.
- Can Garlic Parmesan Chicken be made in advance? Yes. You can coat the chicken and refrigerate it overnight before baking.

We usually serve this chicken with some green beans and pasta or rice. Leftovers are great sliced up on top of a salad. Give this chicken a try the next time you need a quick and easy meal that the whole family will enjoy!

Easy Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients:
- 3 Tbs olive oil
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (0.7-oz) packet Good Seasonings Italian Dressing Mix
- 2 Tbsp Italian bread crumbs
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400ºF
- On a large plate, mix together parmesan cheese, dressing mix, bread crumbs, and garlic powder.
- On another large plate, combine olive oil and minced garlic.
- Dip chicken in olive oil and minced garlic; coat with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish.
- Bake chicken for 22 to 26 minutes, or until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165ºF.
