How to Make Feta & Tomato Pasta Salad
This pasta is super easy to make. Cook some orzo pasta according to package directions. Toss the pasta with olive oil, Greek seasoning, diced tomatoes, lemon juice, green onions, and crumbled feta. Cover the pasta and chill it for a few hours before serving.
- I used Cavender’s Greek Seasoning. Look for it in the spice section at the store. They have a regular seasoning and a salt-free version.
- I used roma tomatoes, but any tomato you have will work fine.
- Feel free to add spinach, olives, chickpeas, diced cucumbers, basil, or red onion to the salad.
- Adjust the amounts of each ingredient to your personal preference. Love feta? Add more? Hate green onions? Leave them out.
- This makes a lot of pasta salad. Feel free to cut the recipe in half if you aren’t feeding a crowd.
- The pasta salad will keep 5 to 7 days covered in the refrigerator.
