We served these yummy biscuits with some grilled chicken, but they really go with anything. We’ve made them several times over the past few weeks and we’ve loved them every single time!
French Onion Biscuits
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups Bisquick mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (3-oz) can French fried onions
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350ĀŗF. Lightly spray muffin pans with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Combine Bisquick, cheese, egg and milk. Stir until thoroughly combined. Stir in fried onions.
- Scoop batter into prepared pans.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
Any chance you could freeze these prior to baking? We don't eat much bread but they sound amazing. I know they would be stale before we could eat 16 of them.
I haven't tried freezing them before baking. I've frozen them after baking and they are fine. You could definitely give it a try freezing before baking. It should work fine.
