I used thin boneless pork chops and this was on the table in 30 minutes! Perfect for hectic weeknights!
How to Make French Onion Pork Chops
These baked pork chops are effortless to make with only a few ingredients! Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place pork chops in the pan. Season with onion salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Spread french onion dip over the pork chops. Top with shredded sharp cheddar cheese and french fried onions. Bake in a preheated oven until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145ºF. Garnish with fresh parsley.

- I used 10 thin boneless pork chops. The total weight was about 2 pounds.

- 10 thin pork chops (2.5-pounds)
- onion salt, garlic powder, black pepper to taste
- 1 (12-oz) container french onion dip
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup french fried onions
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Season pork chops with onion salt, garlic powder and black pepper. Place in the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Spread french onion dip over the pork chops. Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Top the pork chops with french fried onions and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF.
