Frito Pie Casserole – everyone LOVED this recipe! Ground beef, onion, Ranch Beans, Enchilada Sauce, Fritos and Cheese. Great for a potluck and tailgating! Took this to a party and it was gone in a flash!
This Frito Pie Casserole is so easy and SOOO good!!! We made this the other night and we both LOVED it! We both said this would be perfect for a tailgate. Hamburger, onion, beans, enchilada sauce and cheese topped with Fritos – heaven in a pan! We ate way too much of this. It was so good that we we couldn’t stop eating it!! YUM!
We ate this for dinner, but it would be perfect for a potluck too. We are having some people over to watch football this weekend and this is definitely going on the menu! This is comfort food at its best. Perfect to warm you up on a cool fall/winter night!
