I found this recipe over at Frosted Bake Shop. I love her easy baguette recipe, so I knew this would be good. I cut down the original marinade recipe to accommodate our small household and let the chicken marinate overnight. The result was some amazingly tender and tasty chicken. The chicken had a slight sweetness from the soy sauce. We both really enjoyed it. I served the chicken with our 7UP Biscuits – it was only fitting.
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. horseradish sauce
½ cup 7-up
2-3 Chicken breasts, pounded to an even thickness
Mix all the ingredients together and marinade the chicken overnight. The longer the better! I usually put my zip-lock bag in the fridge and I try to remember to turn it over every so often. Grill and enjoy!
