How to Make Pub-Style Beer Cheese Dip
This dip is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a medium saucepan, heat beer over medium-high heat until it starts to boil. Whisk in all-purpose flour and shredded cheese. Stir until smooth. Whisk in dry mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Remove the pan from the heat. For a thicker sauce, slowly add flour until you reach the desired consistency.

Quick Beer Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
- ½ cup beer
- 1½ Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp dry mustard
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
