How to Make Hissy Fit Hash Brown Casserole
This recipe is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Place frozen hash brown patties in the bottom of a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. In a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain excess grease. Sprinkle the cooked sausage crumbles over hashbrowns. Top with shredded muenster cheese and shredded Velveeta cheese. Whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl—season with salt and black pepper. Pour egg mixture over sausage. Bake uncovered in a preheated oven until the eggs are set.

- 1 lb sausage
- 1 cup shredded muenster cheese
- 1 cup shredded Velveeta cheese
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place frozen hash brown patties in the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
- Spread cooked sausage over hash brown patties. Top with shredded cheese.
