Quiche is one of our go-to meals. We love it for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner. This Honey Ham Quiche is a favorite at our house! It is super simple to make and tastes AH-MAZ-ING! Quiche loaded with ham, cheese, and honey mustard – YUM! We ate this for lunch and had the leftovers for dinner the same day. It is that good. If you are making this for a crowd, you might want to double the recipe. I promise it won’t last long.
How to Make Honey Ham & Cheese Quiche
This recipe is super duper easy to make. Place diced ham and shredded cheese in the bottom of a pie crust. Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, sour cream, honey mustard dressing, salt, and pepper. Pour over ham and bake.
- I like to sauté the cooked ham in the skillet before adding it to the pie crust. I find that some cooked ham has high water content and can make the quiche runny.
- For the honey mustard, I used Ken’s Honey Mustard Dressing.
- I did not thaw or precook the frozen pie crust before filling it.
- You can use a frozen or homemade pie crust. Either is just fine.
- Can Homemade Quiche be made in advance? Yes! You can assemble the quiche ahead of time and refrigerate it overnight.
- Can Homemade Quiche be frozen? Yes! You can make this quiche ahead of time and freeze it baked or unbaked for later.
- I prefer to freeze the quiche unbaked. Assemble the quiche and place in the freezer. Once the quiche is frozen place it in a freezer bag. When ready to bake, thaw the quiche in the refrigerator before baking as directed below.
- To freeze the baked quiche, cool the quiche completely and wrap the pie plate with plastic wrap and aluminum foil. When ready to reheat, thaw and reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
- How long will Homemade Quiche last? The quiche will keep 3 to 4 days covered in the refrigerator.

It was absolutely delicious! We loved it and will be making it again.
I liked it, but thought it could have used more flavor. Next time I may add green onions. I’m not one to use hot sauce often, but I put a small am out of “Frank’s” on it and…it enhanced the quiches flavor. Thank you for sharing.
I can't wait to try your quiche!! I like the idea of sauteing the ham and the addition of honey mustard is wonderful.
War Eagle from Auburn!!
Looks good Steph – I could eat quiche at least once a week (but don't)
