How to Make Hot Chicken Salad Sandwiches

These Hot Chicken Salad Sliders are super easy to make. Start by splitting the Hawaiian rolls in half. Place the bottoms in a 9×13-inch pan. Next, make the chicken salad. Combine chopped chicken, celery, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Spread the chicken salad on top of the roll bottoms in the pan. Top with some cheese slices and top with the roll tops. Finally, make the glaze. In a saucepan combine butter, brown sugar, dijon mustard, and sesame seeds. Pour the glaze on top of the sandwiches and bake.

Tips for Making Hot Chicken Salad Sliders

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
  • Can make the chicken salad a day in advance and refrigerate.
  • Can assemble sliders without the glaze and refrigerate overnight.
  • I used thinly sliced cheddar cheese for the sliders. You can use any cheese you prefer.
