How to Make Cream Cheese Stuffed Celery

This Italian Cream Cheese Stuffed Celery is super easy to make. It only has 5 ingredients, including the celery! Start with a block of softened cream cheese. Mix in some Italian dressing mix, mayonnaise, and mozzarella cheese. Stuff that mixture into some celery stalks and you are done! I just use a spoon or knife to spread the cream cheese mixture into the stalks. I garnished the celery with some paprika and dried parsley. You could even top the stuffed celery with some chopped pecans! YUM!

Can Italian Cream Cheese Stuffed Celery be Made in Advance?

You can make the Italian cream cheese mixture in advance and keep it refrigerated until you are ready to stuff the celery. It will keep 4 or 5 days in the refrigerator. You can also stuff the celery and refrigerate it overnight. I LOVE easy make-ahead appetizers like this!

  1. I love this recipe. My family and I use it as a vegetable dip. We also spread it on crackers and toast. Thanks for sharing.

  2. Would someone please tell me if the measurement for the Italian Dressing Seasoning is correct in the recipe? I bought Good Season and it comes in 0.7 oz. which would be quite a bit more than .07 oz in the recipe.

  3. Looking forward to trying this at our next family gathering which will be sometime well after the Covid 19. Thanks for sharing.
