- We love to grill burgers. We love the flavor the smoky charcoal gives the burgers. Just don’t use lighter fluid! Use a charcoal chimney to start the grill. If you are using lighter fluid, go to Home Depot and get a charcoal chimney. I promise you won’t regret it!
- If you don’t have a grill, you can cook them in an iron skillet. They only take about 6 minutes total and will be delicious! Here are instructions on how to cook a burger in a cast iron skillet: https://www.plainchicken.com/cast-iron-skillet-burgers/
- Can I cook hamburgers in the air fryer? Yes! Here are instructions: https://www.plainchicken.com/the-best-air-fryer-burgers/
- Recommended Products for Making Homemade Burgers:
- You can make the burger patties ahead of time and refrigerate overnight or freeze them uncooked for later.
- I used a packet of Good Seasoning Italian Dressing Mix. DO NOT make the dressing. You are only going to use the dry seasoning.
