Pimento cheese is a staple in The South. Everyone has their own recipe and swears it is the best. My go-to recipe is The Masters Pimento Cheese. It is a simple classic recipe. This Jalapeño Pimento cheese recipe is different but equally delicious! White cheddar, jalapeños, pimentos, and pecans. SO good!
How to Make Pimento Cheese
Making pimento cheese is very easy. Start with grating the cheese. This particular recipe uses white cheddar cheese. Next, chop some fresh jalapenos. Make sure to remove the seeds and membranes if you don’t want this to be super spicy. Once the cheese and jalapeños are prepped, simply mix in the remaining ingredients and chill.
