Cranberry Mimosas, aka Jolly Juice, are a holiday tradition in our house. We love to whip up a batch (or three) on Christmas morning to sip on while we open presents. With only 3 ingredients, these couldn’t be any easier! I always have the ingredients for Jolly Juice in the house. It is not only perfect for Christmas morning, but it is also perfect for parties and brunch. I also like to take a batch to the parking lot for tailgating! It is super easy to make and EVERYONE loves it! Whip up a batch ASAP! I promise it will be a hit!
How to Make Jolly Juice
This cocktail is ridiculously easy to make. Combine a can of orange juice concentrate, cranberry juice, and champagne. Stir well and serve over ice.
- I prefer to use a can of frozen Five Alive concentrate in these mimosas. It is a blend of 4 different citrus juices – orange, lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, and lime. It is lighter than a can of orange juice concentrate and gives this cocktail a ton of great flavor. You can usually find it in the same area as the frozen orange juice concentrate.
- Sometimes I add some Cointreau, Grand Marnier, or Triple Sec to the pitcher.
Cranberry Mimosas for Christmas
As I said, these mimosas are a holiday tradition at our house. I like to garnish the drinks with some fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs. Pro tip – freeze the cranberries so it helps keep your drink cold while you drink it!!

The original recipe is "Orange Blush" which uses club soda and a little sugar instead of the champagne. You can try that, but I think I dig the 7-up idea.
Denise – to make it virgin – you can swap the champagne for 7up.
We just hold on to the antlers on the moose mugs. That is it!
I forgot to ask….where do you hang onto this cute moose mug ? I don't see any 'handle' other than the 'rack'. Is THAT it ?
Looks good except we are non drinkers. Any suggestions to make it a virgin ???
That's a cute glass.
Oops nevermind, I see that you already answered that lol.
OMGosh I love the moose cups!! As soon as I saw them it made me think of Chevy Chase in Christmas Vacation. It was a family favorite when I was growing up…oh heck..it still is lol. Where on earth did you find them???
Oh my, I need a set of these mugs! The Jolly Juice sounds good too!
Steph, where did you find those mugs. They are awesome! I'm not a big drinker other than beer on occasion but this looks great to sip on Christmas Day to help lessen the extended family pain!!
I love your Clark Griswald reindeer glass. Now if you only had Randy Quaid with his white sweater and black dickey there to drink it with you! (Sure hope you've seen National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation or you have no idea what I'm talking about!!!)
