How to Make Keto Sausage Balls with Cream Cheese

This recipe is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Start with cooking some sausage in a skillet until it is crumbled and no longer pink. In a microwave-safe large bowl, melt sharp cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and parmesan cheese in the microwave for 30 to 45 seconds. Stir until smooth. Mix in almond flour, an egg, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the cooked sausage and more cheddar cheese. Use a small cookie scoop and scoop the mixture into balls. Place on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown.

These cream cheese sausage balls are dangerously delicious. They are my go-to breakfast and party appetizer. I also love them for tailgating and holiday mornings! We eat the balls plain.
