I know some of you don’t own a grill. So here are a few tips on cooking meats inside on the stove and oven.
- To cook chicken and pork chops inside, I like to pan sear it on both sides for about 3 or 4 minutes and then transfer it to the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 400ĀŗF. The internal temperature for the chicken needs to be 165ĀŗF and 145ĀŗF for pork.
- For steaks, check out our guide for cooking steaks in the cast iron skillet: https://www.plainchicken.com/steakhouse-filets/
- Burgers are also great in the cast iron skillet: https://www.plainchicken.com/cast-iron-skillet-burgers/
