How to Make Light Alfredo Sauce

This dish is easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add fettuccine noodles to the pot and cook according to the package directions for al dente pasta. Reserve some pasta water and drain the pasta. Set aside.
