This Low Carb Deep Dish Pizza Quiche is the BEST! I was looking for an alternative to our Where’s The Crust Pizza for pizza night last week and stumbled up this recipe. We aren’t doing Keto or Low-Carb, but we love quiche and pizza. I thought combing the two sounded like a winner. I was right. OMG! This is SOOOOO good. We loved this so much that we are making it again tonight. You really need to make this!
How to Make Deep Dish Pizza Quiche
This crustless quiche is very easy to make. Start by making the quiche crust. Spread some mozzarella cheese in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Next beat together eggs, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Pour over cheese and bake. Remove the quiche from the oven. Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella, sausage, and pepperoni. Bake until the cheese is nice and bubbly.
You can use any pizza toppings that you prefer. Chicken Legs has requested mushrooms on his half next time. I used our No-Cook Pizza Sauce for the sauce on this pizza quiche. If you are doing low-carb, simply omit the sugar.
What to Serve with Pizza Quiche
As I said, we absolutely LOVED this Low Carb Deep Dish Pizza Quiche. It is definitely in our pizza night rotation. Once you try this, I am sure it will be in your pizza rotation too! Our celiac, diabetic family and regular diet folks all love this. We vary the toppings sometimes but love the way it tastes and reheats( on the rare
occasion there are leftovers).
Just made this tonight..WOW! It was so good! Definitely a keeper! Thanks for the great recipe!
It was amazing!
I haven’t had a decent pizza in over a year, too high in carbs for this diabetic.
This was such a treat.
Been following you for years now, years!
Your recipes are easy to follow and have great flavor.
Thank you Steph!
SO glad you enjoyed it. This is one of our favorites!
Made this tonight for dinner. I was concerned I didn’t have enough egg mixture because it didn’t cover the cheese across the whole pan, but it didn’t matter. Once it spread out under the cheese and baked perfectly. What a delicious (and super filling) recipe!!
SO glad you enjoyed it!
Made yesterday- love, love, love it!
Do you think this would freeze okay?
Yes
Made this tonight and it was so Delicous, the sauce is probably best I have ever tasted,I used
the new Hormel pepperoni cups they are so good. Only thing different was mine was runny not
sure why it did not set up like was in photo of Stephanie’s. I used a mixer to mix eggs and cream cheese
not sure if that was why or maybe needed to cook longer. This will be on my Home menu alot.
You would just need to cook it longer – until it sets up.
This stuff is the bees knees! My 6 year old has Type 1 Diabetes, and I also have a crazy picky 7 year old. All 5 of us LOVED it! Made twice in a week. I used Rao’s marinara because I had an open jar. So good! And so thankful for a low carb alternative to pizza so that I’m not up all night giving insulin!
