This Make-Ahead Pizza Dough is one of my favorite homemade dough recipes. It is super easy to make and tastes great! The best part is that you can make it 3 or 4 days before you bake it. How to Make Homeade Pizza
This pizza crust is very easy to make and super easy to work with. Unlike some doughs, this dough is very easy to roll out! To make the dough, combine flour, instant yeast, salt, olive oil, and warm water in the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Mix until it forms a dough. Place the dough in an oiled bowl or ziplock bag and refrigerate until you are ready to bake.
To make the pizza, sprinkle your work surface with a little cornmeal. Press the dough out into a circle and place it on the pizza pan. Top the dough with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and your favorite toppings. Place the pizza in a preheated oven on the middle rack and bake until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown. Garnish the pizza with fresh basil or oregano and cut it into slices.
