These Easy Mayonnaise Biscuits have quickly become one of our favorite recipes. We have been making these non-stop. Delicious tender and moist biscuits made from scratch with pantry staples! BONUS – no biscuit cutter required! You bake these biscuits in a muffin pan. SO much easier than traditional biscuits!! Only three ingredients: self-rising flour, buttermilk, and mayonnaise! They are super simple to make and taste great! We love these biscuits for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You must make these ASAP! You probably have all of the ingredients in the pantry right now.

How to Make Mayonnaise Biscuits in a Muffin Tin

These drop biscuits are effortless to make with only a few simple ingredients. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine flour and mayonnaise. Stir in buttermilk, until a soft dough forms. Using an ice cream scoop or large cookie scoop, drop batter into the prepared muffin cups. Bake in a preheated oven until puffy and golden brown. Brush with melted butter, if desired. Serve immediately.
