This chicken recipe is effortless to make with only a few simple ingredients. Season chicken breasts with seasoning salt and black pepper, if desired. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet or baking dish. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with sharp cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and diced pimentos. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on top of the chicken breasts and bake in a preheated oven until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
