This Baked Melt in Your Mouth Pimento Cheese Chicken is AH-MAZ-ING! Chicken breast topped with a combination of mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and diced pimentos. This has quickly become a favorite at our house. I don’t even like mayonnaise, and I gobbled this chicken up! It is SO tender and juicy. The chicken just melts in your mouth. This recipe is super easy to make with no prep time and is ready to eat in under 30 minutes! Perfect for hectic weeknights!

How to Make Melt in Your Mouth Pimento Cheese Chicken

This chicken recipe is effortless to make with only a few simple ingredients. Season chicken breasts with seasoning salt and black pepper, if desired. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet or baking dish. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with sharp cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and diced pimentos. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on top of the chicken breasts and bake in a preheated oven until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • Place chicken on a rimmed baking sheet or in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, garlic salt, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, and pimentos. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly on top of the chicken.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until juices run clear.
