I don’t know about you, but I need Meow Monday more than ever! There is a lot of difficult news out there right now, and I really enjoy taking a break with some cute cat photos.
The cats are keeping themselves entertained while we are all cooped up in the house. I think Grandpa Felix was looking for some alone time – the look on his face. LOL!

Mango has been doing daily neighborhood safety checks. She looks out my office window to make sure everyone is keeping their distance. She is a good little watch cat.
We’ve had a bit of a cold-weather come through this week. We’ve still been relaxing on the porch at night. We just had to grab the heater so we all don’t freeze to death. Grandpa Felix really enjoyed the heat!
Mack Attack spent Sunday relaxing on the sofa. We had a bunch of thunder and lightning storms roll through. He decided to sleep until they were all gone! Good idea! Rainy days are meant for naps.

Meow Monday is my highlight of the week We had an orange tabby named butterscotch. Such a wild child Would take spurts running through the house at full speed end up hitting his head on front door( a steel door !!)then do it all over again Sure miss that wild child.

Butterscotch sounds a lot like Mango.
I have the same problem, I have a 4yo neutered male tuxedo that pins my 17yo female tabby by the neck. He doesn’t break skin but she still cries and growls out loud. He’s a big boy. I got tired of yelling and putting him in time out. Sometimes he looks at me with fear and it breaks my heart. After much research I started both on low dose cbd. It works, mellowed him out. Im jealous.
I had that problem wth 2 cats. My vet told pick up older cat tell her no and put her in time out. The younger cat was in love with her sister and wanted her attention. It took about 3 months and now they are inseparable.
Your cats are so sweet. I love Monday’s so I can see what those rascals are up to.

I was wondering how Felix is doing. A while ago, you said he started missing the litter box…going elsewhere. Has that improved? I was curious as he is next to the heater- sometimes this is a sign of thyroid disorder. I am hoping he and you are all doing well.

He has been to the vet and is fine. It is all behavioral. He tried to pee on some of the toys this week. We caught him and just threw out the one toy that got a few drops on it.
Those kids of yours are so so cute. I have 2 boys one is 6 yrs old and the other 2 yrs. Spoiled rotten.
