Cat Photos to Make You Happy
I don’t know about you, but I need Meow Monday more than ever! There is a lot of difficult news out there right now, and I really enjoy taking a break with some cute cat photos.
As hard as we try we can’t seem to keep the littles off the countertops, they still jump up there all the time. This was never an issue before. All of our other cats were always too old to jump that high. I hate it, but I can’t control them. Whenever I catch them on the counter I try and shoo them off. Maybe one day they will behave! LOL!

This is the face I get when I tell Mack not to get on the counters. He thinks that he is the boss. Who am I kidding. He totally is.
I was cleaning up the kitchen the other day and Mango jumped up and started to help. By help I mean lay on my towel and get her cat fur everywhere. She is a flying cat, so I think it will be many year before I can break her of this bad habit.
Here’s Grandpa checking out the common area and wishing he could get on the countertops too. Sorry Felix. We won’t be building a ramp to the countertops for you. At least one cat is behaving!

I don’t think I would ever spray a cat directly in the face. They do not have the reflex to close their eyes fast enough to prevent the water from going right into their eyes. As noted above my cat goes on the counter to get to the kitchen window, I’m not crazy about the idea but when I’m sleeping no doubt she’s on the counter, so you have to take the Zen approach. It’s winter, they are cooped up and have no where else to go to be near the hooman.
If you have behavioral problems I recommend Jackson Galaxy, the My Cat from Hell guy on the animal planet on you tube. His playlists include advice and solutions for every kind of cat problem without resorting to creating a fearful environment.
If Mack gets any fatter of a belly he won’t be jumping anywhere. 🤣🤣🤪
He is surprisingly agile for a big boy.
