How to Make Nacho Rice Dip

This dip is super easy to make. Start with cooking a package of yellow rice. While the rice is cooking, cook some lean ground beef. Add taco seasoning and water called for on the packet. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add a can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles, some Velveeta cheese, and a splash of milk. Cook on medium heat until the cheese has melted. Stir in the cooked rice and enjoy!

  • You can use any rice that you enjoy. I prefer to yellow rice (saffron rice) or a packet of Knorr Mexican rice. You can also use a box of Rice-A-Roni. Any flavor will work fine.
  • You can use any heat level of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles that you prefer.
