Now, this isn’t a traditional carbonara recipe. This recipe has no eggs! The creaminess of the dish comes from a can of cream of chicken soup. It sounds weird, but it totally works. The soup makes this pasta super rich and creamy. SO simple and tastes great!
How to Make One-Pot Spaghetti Carbonara
This pasta is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a large pot, whisk together cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add uncooked spaghetti and cook in the soup mixture until tender. Do NOT drain the pasta. Stir in crispy bacon, grated parmesan cheese, and frozen green peas into the spaghetti and sauce. Season with some fresh cracked pepper to taste. Transfer to a pasta bowl and enjoy.

One-Pot Carbonara
Equipment:
Ingredients:
- 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 (14.5-oz) cans chicken broth
- 8 -oz spaghetti, uncooked
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup cooked chopped bacon
- ½ cup frozen green peas
Instructions:
- In a large saucepot, whisk together cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package directions for al dente pasta.
- DO NOT DRAIN PASTA.
- Remove the pot from the heat. Stir in grated cheese, crispy bacon, and peas.
- Garnish with fresh black pepper and more parmesan cheese.
