  1. I’ve been gathering my recipes, getting ready for the holidays. Today, 11/01/2022, the recipe for Lunch Lady Orange-Glazed Sweet Potatoes was in my email. I decided it had to be on this year’s menu. My question regarding this dish, is the amount of sweet potatoes used in this dish. Is it one (1) 40-ounce can AND two (2) 15-ounce cans of Bruce’s Yams, (my choice, also)? I am organizing my grocery list for a one-stop shopping trip and I don’t want to have more than I need, due to limited pantry space.
