This Oreo Dip should come with a warning label. It is dangerously delicious! With only four ingredients, it is also dangerously easy to make! I took this to a football party last weekend and it was gone in a flash! I was so sad I didn’t have any leftovers to take home. I guess I will just have to make it again this weekend! It is SO good!! This Oreo Dip is great for any upcoming tailgates or holiday parties. You can make it a few days in advance and refrigerate until ready to serve.
How to Make Oreo Dip
This dip is super easy to make. The hardest part of the whole recipe is crushing the cookies! To make the dip, simply combine softened cream cheese, crushed Oreos, brown sugar, and Cool Whip. I like to make this dip at least one day in advance. It tastes better cold out of the refrigerator.
- I crushed my cookies in the food processor so the crumbs were super fine. You can also place the cookies in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin or meat mallet.
- Can use low-fat cream cheese and light Cool Whip.
- Can make a day or two in advance and refrigerate until ready to serve.
What to Serve with Cookies & Cream Dip
We served this dip with some vanilla wafers, sugar cookies, and strawberries. This would also be delicious with apple slices, graham crackers, and pretzels. Heck, it tastes great on a spoon! LOL! Ingredients:
- 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 (8-oz) container cool whip, thawed
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1¼ cups finely crushed Oreo cookie crumbs
Instructions:
- Beat cream cheese and brown sugar with a handheld mixer until light and fluffy.
