I need to make a couple freezer meals and would love to make this. Do you think it would work to put in freezer instead of fridge then take out later? Thaw then bake? Or just bake from frozen for an extended period of time?
Another fantastic recipe! Made as directed and was perfect! I loved not having to dirty a dish pre-cooking pasta.
Hi, if I want to make it right away, and am not able to let it sit overnight will the noodles be ok?
I don’t know. I’ve only made it as written. Let us know how it turns out.
Did you try this?? Curious to see how it turned out. I was thinking of making for dinner tonight but wondering if it truly needed to be made the night before
Hi! I plan on making this casserole later in the week. It sounds delicious and so easy! I do have a question–do I need to let the casserole come to room temperature before I put it in the oven, or can I put it in as soon as I take it out of the fridge?
I let it sit out while the oven preheats.
I made this last night, and it was so delicious! I followed the recipe exactly. I used fully cooked frozen chicken breast that I warmed and cut into cubes. This was so easy and so good. Even my super picky husband went back for seconds! I am definitely adding this to my rotation. Thank you! Love your recipes!
