Pecan Pie Phyllo Tarts

Stop what you are doing and whip up a batch of these Mini Pecan Tarts. They are incredibly delicious! This is my go-to dessert recipe for parties and get-togethers. I usually double the recipe and they are always gone in a flash! This recipe comes together in a flash and is ready to eat in under 20 minutes. This recipe is different than most pecan tart recipes. There is no pie crust in this recipe. The crust is made with mini phyllo dough shells. I actually like these pecan tartlets better than regular pecan pie. I love the crispy phyllo crust!!

How to Make Mini Pecan Pie Tarts

These mini pecan bites are effortless to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a medium bowl, whisk together light corn syrup, egg, vanilla extract, salt, and sugar. Fold in chopped pecans. Spoon pecan filling into mini phyllo tart shells. Place filled shells on a baking pan and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and cool tarts on a wire rack.
