How to Make Pepperoni Crescent Popovers
These pizza rolls are super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Unroll a can of crescent roll dough. Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough in half lengthwise. Cut each half crosswise into thirds to make 6 equal pieces.
Sprinkle dough with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Spread pesto in an even layer over the dough. Top each piece of dough with 6 slices pepperoni and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Starting at the short end, roll up each piece; place seam side down in a greased muffin cup. The ends of the rolls will be sticking up in the pan. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.

I never had pesto, but for some reason I always pass it up. If I don’t like it what would you recommend. I always try a recipe as it is presented. Then I might change it. Thank you. I love apppetizers!!
Oh my gosh, these are awesome. My kids would gobble them right up! ;D
They look good but I think I'd leave out the pepperoni on a few of them. The kiddos love it but I'm not a big fan.
Happy Friday, Steph!

I didn't realize they had reduced fat crescent rolls, I'm all over that…and this recipe.
Excellent dish, Steph. I like the pepperoni and pesto flavor combination.
