Pizza Pretzel Nuggets – only 4 ingredients!! Tastes like pizza!! Great for tailgating and parties. Can make ahead and store in an air-tight container for later. Will keep for several weeks. Everyone LOVES this easy appetizer recipe!!
ALL football is now in full swing! NFL and College. Hallelujah! My weekends are full until February 4th! It’s time to get serious about tailgating! Today I’m sharing some crazy good Pizza Pretzel Nuggets. OMG! SO delicious!!! They are also super easy to make. Only 4 ingredients! PLUS you can make these ahead of time and store them in an air-tight container or ziplock bag. They will keep for several weeks.
When mixing up the pretzels, make sure to stir them really good to get all of the pretzel nuggets coated with the seasoning and cheese. You don’t want any naked pretzels! The recipe uses grated parmesan cheese. I suggest using the stuff in the green can or pulverizing fresh parmesan in the food processor. I don’t suggest using shredded parmesan in this particular recipe.
We LOVE these Pizza Pretzel Nuggets. They are great for snacking and in soups and stews. I love to put them in a big ol’ bowl to tomato soup!! I served these at a recent get together and everyone raved about the pretzels. They really do taste like pizza! My favorite flavor in the world! Give these a try this weekend. I promise they will fly out of the bowl!

I have never seen dried spaghetti sauce mix. Where do you find it?
Publix, Target, Walmart
It is with all the other seasoning packets like gravy mix, Au jus mix, chili seasoning packets.
What kind/brand of spaghetti sauce packet do you use?
Made these for a tailgate and took nothing home. Easy to make and very popular with our crowd of Panthers fans!
"In tomato soup"……I can not wait!
"In tomato soup"……I can not wait!
Do you think you could use a different shape of pretzel, like the traditional ones?
I've only made this with the nuggets, but I don't see that it would be a problem to make it with regular pretzels.
