Pizza Quiche – a new favorite! Great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This only takes a few minutes to make and it tastes great! Quiche loaded with sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella, tomato paste, and Italian seasoning. OMG! SO good! It is already back on the menu again this week. Beats the heck out of leftover cold pizza for breakfast!

Pin This RecipeSausage & Pepperoni Quiche
This recipe combines two of my favorite meals – quiche and pizza! This only takes a few minutes to make and it tastes great! OMG! SO good. Quiche loaded with sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella, tomato paste, and Italian seasoning. We both absolutely LOVED this dish. We ate this for lunch and had the leftovers for dinner on the same day. I actually have this on the menu again this week. It is quickly becoming a favorite!
How to Make Pizza Quiche
This recipe is super easy to make. Start with browning some sausage in a skillet. Add some tomato paste and stir to combine. Place sausage in the bottom of a frozen pie crust. Add pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, sour cream, and Italian seasoning. Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust and bake.
- You can use a frozen or homemade pie crust. Either is just fine.
- I did not thaw or pre-bake the crust before baking.
- You can use Italian sausage or breakfast sausage such as Jimmy Dean.
- Feel free to add any of your favorite pizza toppings to the filling. Mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, olives, anything you like!
- Can Homemade Quiche be made in advance? Yes! You can assemble the quiche ahead of time and refrigerate it overnight.
- Can Homemade Quiche be frozen? Yes! You can make this quiche ahead of time and freeze it baked or unbaked for later. I prefer to freeze the quiche unbaked. Assemble the quiche and place it in the freezer. Once the quiche is frozen place it in a freezer bag. When ready to bake, thaw the quiche in the refrigerator before baking as directed below.
- To freeze the baked quiche, cool the quiche completely and wrap the pie plate with plastic wrap and aluminum foil. When ready to reheat, thaw and reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
- How long will Homemade Quiche last? The quiche will keep 3 to 4 days covered in the refrigerator.
What to Serve with Quiche
As I said, this has quickly become one of our favorite meals. We eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Feel free to top the quiche with some warm pizza or marinara sauce and a dollop of ricotta cheese. We usually serve this with a salad or some green beans. Add this to your menu ASAP! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

This Pizza Quiche was sooooo good! Very easy to make and I had two pieces left over so I froze them solid, sealed them in my vacuum sealer and will have them at a later day! I have made so many of your recipes and I have never been disappointed. Thank you (~_~)
Do you think you could use light cream or half and half in place of heavy cream?
I might have to make this since I'm tired of all our regular things we always cook.
Looks good.
this looks excellent–how about adding red peppers too. Yummy. I do love quiche!
Love this idea!
Plain Chicken Rocks! I just made your Spicy Sausage Skillet and it was delicious! I had the Daughter, Son in Law and Teen Grandkids over, I served it with chopped salad, garlic toast and I made gingerbread for dessert served warm with Extra Creamy Reddi Whip, everyone likes to squirt their own. It was a fun dinner and your recipe was wonderful, perfect for a casual get together. Thank You!
Real Men Don't Eat Quiche.
